An initial estimate may not include hidden damage or every repair operation. If additional collision-related repairs are identified, TSK can document them and submit supplemental repair information. The insurer then reviews the request.
No. A supplement is a documented request for the insurer to review additional repair requirements. The insurance company decides what it will approve and pay under the policy.
That depends on the policy and claim. Some qualifying TSK repairs may be eligible for a repair discount of up to $1,000 that can be applied toward the customer’s deductible. Separate eligibility requirements apply, and the discount cannot be confirmed until the insurer has determined the claim amount or accepted the applicable repair estimate.
