Tesla Model S High-Voltage Battery FAQ
Report battery alerts, charging limitations or changes in usable range. Describe when the issue began and any recent repair or impact so the team can select the appropriate assessment.
The assessment considers the installed pack, fault information and whether further assessment is needed. The exact scope depends on your symptoms and vehicle configuration.
A battery warning does not automatically mean pack replacement. Qualified diagnosis is needed before choosing a repair or replacement.
Send the VIN, year and relevant history with photos or the exact warning message where applicable. Identify your preferred shop before arranging the high-voltage battery visit.
