Possibly, but it depends on the pack version, diagnosed fault, condition and supported repair scope. Not every battery failure can be resolved with a component repair.
A charging or power alert can have more than one cause. Diagnosis helps determine whether the pack is responsible and whether any repair is suitable before it is opened or parts are selected.
Ask what fault was found, what the proposed repair includes, how it will be checked and what terms apply. For your Tesla Model S, compatibility and the pack's condition matter more than a generic repair promise.
