TSK Collision did a great job repairing my car after an accident damaged the rear quarter panel. The paint work came out very well, and they also took care of the damage to the wheel. I was concerned that the accident might have caused an alignment issue, but everything checked out and the car drives great. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I’m very happy with the repairs and the service I received. I would definitely use TSK Collision again.

We had a stroke of bad luck and needed two separate repairs on our car (Tesla Model Y) in the course of a few months. TSK did the first repair, and did a great job that we did not hesitate to bring the car back for the second repair. The car now looks brand new! Plus they were communicative, priced fairly, and very reasonable/easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend them.

Fixed my frunk issues. Quick turnaround. Fixed within 3 days of first contact. Priced cheaper than Tesla and professional. Was faster to get these guys to do the repair, than getting Tesla service center to fix it. Would use them again.

This is definitely the best Tesla body shop in Orange County I walked in without an appointment, and they completed my estimate in about 20 minutes. They also provided me with a complimentary loaner while my Tesla was being repaired The biggest surprise was that they finished the repair earlier than promised, and the quality was excellent. Got my Tesla Model Y fixed and it was done very well. I also had another Tesla's windshield wipers swapped for a cheap price.

I recently brought my Tesla Model 3 in to have a light repaired. At first, there was a misunderstanding regarding the service, and I was frustrated .However, the team took the time to listen to my concerns, communicate clearly, and work toward a resolution. Once everything was clarified, the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. The repair was completed successfully, and my vehicle is working perfectly now. I appreciate the effort they made to address the situation and ensure I left satisfied. While the experience didn't start out perfectly, I was impressed by how the team handled the issue and their commitment to customer service. Thank you for making things right. I would love to thank Sergio for helping me and Sophia and Sam are the real goats in this experience I had I would definitely return for future service needs and recommend them to other Tesla owners.

I had a minor collision on the left rear of my 2023 Model Y and received excellent service from Sam and their Manager at the Cypress location. Mercury insurance was going to send it initially at a shop in San Pedro for inspection and found out I would need to pay for a rental car while the car was being repaired. I found TSK through Google search and was surprised they offer a free Tesla loaner. There is no other car collision centers that offer a free Tesla loaner. Hence, I decided to send it to TSK instead. While there I opened another claim to replace the windshield due to crack. They completed everything in two weeks and even gave me complimentary air filter replacements! This company also specializes in EV custom work and was featured in an EV based magazine showcasing how they first got started. Some of the work is showcased on site. Very cool to see upfront! Sam walked me through the entire process from the beginning until the end and everything went smoothly. Thank you again Sam for everything and the cool TSK merch you gave me as a parting gift! I truly appreciate everything and would recommend TSK to anyone who needs their EV vehicles serviced or customized!

They were able to take me in for a same day quote the day of the accident. I came in the next day and they assisted me in filing the claim and walked me through the process. They were kind and informative, the car repair was done in one month of the accident.

This review is way over due. I got into an accident last year in November and the gal that answered the phone to the technician who took care of me was so attentive and super kind because I was so upset about my accident and having to leave the car (I ended taking the total) from my insurance. They are experts in repairing electric cars and they even have a You-Tube on their opinions and share their experience and advice for the public.

I had a very good experience with TSK. I needed a quick diagnostic for my Tesla and was glad they could fit me in on a Saturday. The whole process was smooth, convenient, and professional. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a clear and straightforward way, and gave me helpful recommendations on what to do next. They were also ready to complete the repair quickly, but unfortunately I did not have enough time to leave the car. Overall, I was very impressed with how organized, efficient, and knowledgeable they were. If you need a Tesla service shop, I would definitely recommend TSK.

I have dealt with my fair share of Tesla service centers and collision centers, both first and third-party. I have owned a Tesla since 2014 so let me tell you, I've see some ****. With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK!
