Tesla Loaner Program During Collision Repair in Cypress and Irvine

Yes. Qualifying collision repairs at our Cypress and Irvine collision centers can include a Tesla loaner when a vehicle is available. Tell the location repairing your Tesla that you need one when you schedule your estimate.

We will make a reasonable effort to match your model. For example, if you bring us a Model S and another Model S is available, we will try to assign it to you. However, a specific model cannot be guaranteed.

Our loaner fleet includes Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck. Availability changes as vehicles are assigned and returned.

TSK does not impose a preset mileage limit during the approved loaner period. Vehicle use remains subject to the signed loaner agreement.

You may use the loaner during the approved period while your vehicle is actively undergoing an authorized repair at TSK. The loaner must be returned when your vehicle is ready or when the approved repair period ends.

If there is a problem with the vehicle or an exchange becomes necessary, contact TSK. We can arrange another Tesla when one is available. A particular replacement model cannot be guaranteed.

TSK does not impose an additional age cutoff beyond the legal and insurance requirements that apply to the driver and vehicle. A valid driver’s license, legal eligibility, and compliance with the loaner agreement are required.
