No. The claim must be covered, the approved repair amount must meet the program requirements, the repair must qualify for deductible assistance, and no additional customer charges can remain.
TSK’s deductible assistance is limited to the actual deductible or $1,000, whichever is less. If the deductible is $1,500 and the repair qualifies for the maximum discount, the remaining deductible balance may be $500.
No. We must review the vehicle, insurance information, approved repair amount, deductible, and any non-covered damage before confirming the customer balance.
No. Complimentary detailing and discretionary cosmetic care are not billed to the insurer unless the work is separately part of the insurer-approved collision repair.
No. Minor cosmetic work may be provided when appropriate and feasible. Deep damage, structural wheel damage, extensive refinishing, pre-existing collision damage, or work requiring substantial labor or parts may require a separate estimate.
