Significant accidents may require straightening your Tesla vehicle’s frame to align the body geometry to factory parameters and reduce the risk of further accidents. Our qualified technicians carry out frame straightening and consequent wheel alignment, which, if not treated properly, can cause tire wear and dangerous steering. We also do the repairs that may involve welding or laser straightening. As Tesla’s technological card prescribes, we carry out structural repairs on Tesla vehicles with the vehicle properly mounted to an approved frame bench.

Tesla Structural Repair FAQ
A structural assessment uses the impact history, inspection and dimensional measurements. Panel gaps alone cannot establish whether the underlying structure is within specification.
No. The material, damage and manufacturer procedure determine whether correction is permitted or a part needs replacement. A structural repair plan must be specific to the affected component.
Trim and outer panels can conceal joints and mounting points. Access may be needed for measurements and to establish the complete repair scope before parts and labor are finalized.
Tesla vehicles do not all use the same components or procedures. Send the model, VIN and relevant repair history so structural repair can be assessed for the vehicle you own.
