Tesla Cybertruck Body Refinishing FAQ
Polishing addresses some surface imperfections. Damage through the finish, previous paint failure or a repaired panel may need preparation and refinishing; the panel must be inspected to select the process.
Bare stainless-steel exterior panels do not have the same factory paint and clear-coat finish as a painted body panel. Confirm whether the request concerns bare metal, an existing coating, a wrap or a custom painted finish before estimating the work.
Dent repair and surface finishing are separate parts of the scope. The estimate should identify any panel correction needed before preparation and finishing begin.
Cybertruck has stainless-steel exterior panels as well as other materials in its structure. The affected part must be identified before a repair or finishing method is selected; a painted Tesla panel is not a direct reference for bare stainless steel.
