Battery repair
Tesla batteries are made of individual modules, each with numerous battery cells. The majority of battery failures occur when any of those cells have declines in performance. We use specialized diagnostic software to determine modules with declining cells and conduct target battery repair by extracting, isolating, and neutralizing those cells to restore the full functionality of the module and ensure steady voltage across all battery modules. If many cells have been compromised, we replace the whole module.

Tesla High-Voltage Battery Repair FAQ
Possibly, but it depends on the pack version, diagnosed fault, condition and supported repair scope. Not every battery failure can be resolved with a component repair.
A charging or power alert can have more than one cause. Diagnosis helps determine whether the pack is responsible and whether any repair is suitable before it is opened or parts are selected.
Ask what fault was found, what the proposed repair includes, how it will be checked and what terms apply. For your Tesla, compatibility and the pack's condition matter more than a generic repair promise.
Tesla vehicles do not all use the same components or procedures. Send the model, VIN and relevant repair history so high-voltage battery repair can be assessed for the vehicle you own.
