Battery replacement
If battery replacement becomes necessary, our trained technicians can guarantee that all connectors and components are not affected during this procedure. If inexperienced personnel damage the high-voltage system connectors, some of them cannot be repaired without replacing the entire high-voltage system. To replace the battery from any model of the Tesla vehicle, we use a vehicle lift with special hydraulic equipment, battery gurneys, and a mobile battery table that can support the heavy battery packs

Tesla High-Voltage Battery Replacement FAQ
The VIN, original configuration and installed hardware must be checked for compatibility. A pack that physically fits is not enough to establish a supported replacement.
No. Diagnosis should first identify the cause and whether a repair option is appropriate. Replacement is a decision based on the findings, not on a warning message alone.
Confirm the proposed pack, its stated condition, installation scope, required configuration and applicable warranty terms. Any expected capacity or range claim should be specific to that replacement.
Tesla vehicles do not all use the same components or procedures. Send the model, VIN and relevant repair history so high-voltage battery replacement can be assessed for the vehicle you own.
