Tesla Model 3 High-Voltage Battery Replacement FAQ
The VIN, original configuration and installed hardware must be checked for compatibility. A pack that physically fits is not enough to establish a supported replacement.
No. Diagnosis should first identify the cause and whether a repair option is appropriate. Replacement is a decision based on the findings, not on a warning message alone.
Confirm the proposed pack, its stated condition, installation scope, required configuration and applicable warranty terms. Any expected capacity or range claim should be specific to that replacement.
Yes. Provide the VIN and production year when arranging high-voltage battery replacement. The Model 3 name spans different versions, so the fitted parts and required procedure must be identified before the work is planned.
