Tesla Model S Bumper Repair FAQ
The decision depends on cracks, deformation, damaged mounts and the applicable repair restrictions. A scuffed cover may be repairable, while damage to attachment points or components behind it can change the scope.
The cover can hide damaged brackets, impact components or nearby wiring. An inspection helps distinguish a surface repair from damage that needs additional parts or checks.
The equipment fitted to your vehicle and the parts disturbed during repair determine the required checks. Tell us about new alerts or changes in parking assistance after the impact.
Tell the team about previous work on the affected system, especially replaced assemblies or modifications. For Model S bumper repair, the installed hardware needs to be checked along with the VIN; it may differ from an assumption based only on age.
