An oil service is not a substitute for diagnosing mechanical noise. Worn or damaged parts may need repair, and the source of the noise should be established first.
Provide the year, mileage, prior fluid service and any leaks or sounds. Tell us if the Tesla Model S has had a drive-unit replacement, because the installed assembly matters.
