   Tell us where the Tesla is located and describe the collision damage and vehicle condition.

   Confirm the Repair

   TSK reviews the situation and confirms that the vehicle is being accepted for an authorized collision repair.

3. 03

   Approve the Tow

   We confirm eligibility, pickup access, destination, service area and any non-standard charges before dispatch.

4. 04

   Deliver to TSK

   The towing provider transports the Tesla directly to the confirmed collision center for intake.

Eligible Towing

• The Tesla must be accepted by TSK for an authorized collision repair.
• The tow must bring the vehicle directly to the TSK collision center confirmed by our team.
• Pickup must be within a reasonable local service area approved before dispatch.
• TSK must arrange the tow or explicitly approve it before the towing provider is booked.

Possible Additional Charges

• Storage, impound-release and administrative fees are not included.
• Complex recovery, winching, off-road access, special equipment, long-distance mileage, tolls, extra stops or vehicle relocation may not be covered.
• Charges caused by inaccurate pickup or vehicle-condition information may remain the customer’s responsibility.
• Any known non-standard cost will be discussed before dispatch whenever practical.

Important: Towing eligibility is confirmed case by case. Please contact TSK before booking a tow. Independently arranged towing is not reimbursable unless our team explicitly approves it in advance.

Our team connects the towing plan with your repair intake, confirms the destination and helps the provider deliver the Tesla to the correct TSK location.
