Which Loaner Will You Drive?

We aim to give you the model you already drive, or the closest suitable Tesla in the fleet at the time of your repair.

No specific model can be reserved or guaranteed, so name your preferred model when you book. Model details are on Tesla’s official website.

If something goes wrong with your loaner, call TSK Irvine; when another Tesla is available, we may swap it.

How Long You Keep It and How Far You Drive

There is no preset mileage limit and no arbitrary daily limit while your car is in an authorized repair at our Irvine collision center. Your use must stay reasonable and within the signed agreement.

The loaner goes back to TSK when:

  • Your Tesla is ready to pick up
  • The approved repair period is over
  • The repair is canceled
  • TSK asks for it under the loaner agreement

Loaner Eligibility in Irvine
