What We Repair on the R1T
- Truck bed sides and tailgate
- Gear Tunnel doors and the surrounding body
- Front and rear bumpers
- Doors, fenders and hood
- Paint and refinishing
- Underbody inspection after off-road damage
The R1T has body areas no SUV shares, from the truck bed to the Gear Tunnel. Our Rivian-trained technician scans the truck with Rivian’s diagnostic tool, and we check what a hit may have reached beyond the outer panel.

Send photos of the damage and your VIN, and we will tell you how to get the truck to our shop.

Yes, if the hit reached the area around the battery. Do not rely on the display alone: not every fault shows as a warning, and marks on the housing have to be measured against Rivian’s limits.
Yes. We check the door, its opening and the nearby bed and cab panels, then confirm parts availability in your estimate before work begins.
That is the goal of the refinishing process. Rivian asks for the clear coat to end at a panel edge or natural break instead of a blend, and we talk through the panels involved before painting.
No. We are an independent shop, not a Rivian Certified Collision Center. Your R1T still gets a technician who finished Rivian’s high-voltage and diagnostic courses, and a scan with Rivian’s licensed tool.
